Visit Finca Sampaka
Introduction
Sampaka has been and is a symbolic estate on the Island of Bioko, founded around 1906, its colonial house in green tones and Nordic pine stands still refusing to succumb to the passing of time. Sampaka’s name comes from Libertino called Samuel Parker. He settled in the area, and over the years, with the pidging language taking over, his name metamorphosing and ended up calling it Samuel Parker, Sampaka.
Their principal activity is the production and exportation of cocoa, which has been and is it is their primary activity throughout the island. Active since 2000, they have started a gardening design and maintenance service, they also have a large tropical plant nursery.
The farm stands out for producing the best cocoa in the world, both for its exquisite care and production process. The farm can be accessible by vehicle or bicycle. We recommend a bike ride to enjoy the environments true nature.
As a final surprise, we will attend a tasting, different chocolates different tastes different textures. Each visitor will receive chocolate samples.
Do not miss it the opportunity to taste real 100% cacao!
