The proposed tourist route will take you to discover Bioko Island, the main island of Equatorial Guinea. The adventure begins in Malabo, the capital of the country, where you will stay at Moka National Park. Over the next few days, you will explore the jungle, visit Lake Biao, the most mystical place on the island, and enjoy an exciting walk on pristine beaches to witness the spawning of giant turtles. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the art and nature of Malabo National Park.

Day 1:

  • Arrival in Malabo: The first day of the adventure begins with your arrival at the Malabo airport, where the Rumbo Malabo team will be waiting to welcome you and take you to your accommodation in the Moka National Park. During the journey, you can enjoy the views of the jungle and the mountains.
  • Visit to the Moka National Park: The Moka National Park is a natural and protected treasure of Equatorial Guinea. In this park, you will have the opportunity to walk along the trails and discover the lush flora and fauna of the place. You can also visit the Interpretation Center, where you will learn about the history and culture of the peoples who inhabit the region.

Day 2:

In the company of a local guide, you will learn about the history and traditions of the Bubi people as you walk through the jungle and discover the virgin fauna and flora of the place. You can also appreciate the spectacular views that the lake offers when it floods.

Day 3:

We will take a walk along the beach, crossing several rivers and enjoying the sounds of the jungle and nature. You will have the opportunity to observe the nesting of giant turtles, depending on the dates of the visit. Later, we will enjoy dinner on the beach and spend the night in tents on the beach, allowing us to admire the stars and the beauty of the surroundings.

Day 4:

  • This day will begin with a sunrise breakfast on the beach, followed by a morning swim and a walk through the jungle. Then, we will take the way back along the beach to the vehicles to return to the city of Malabo. Once in the city, you will have a free afternoon for last-minute shopping and exploring the city’s secrets.
